What We Do
At Kaizen we design, engineer and produce bespoke furniture, exclusively made for each client.
No matter how big or small your project, we can create everything from single pieces of furniture to entire bathrooms, bedrooms, dressing rooms and kitchens or furniture for commercial spaces. We work in every material – from timber and acrylic to glass, metal and stone. At Kaizen we work to create solutions, not challenges for our clients.
Our well-trained team of experts take care of the entire process, from developing a design through to production and ultimately installation. By managing a project from start to finish and down to every final detail, we can ensure that everything comes seamlessly together, on time and on budget.
Once we have received your initial design brief and ideas, our team of designers will work with you to develop and produce the optimum design solution.
We work with the most advanced design technology so you can clearly visualise and plan your project. We can also help with material suggestions, and provide samples or a mock-up of how they will look and feel.
We believe good design comes from a deep respect and knowledge of the materials involved, and at Kaizen we have extensive experience of working with timber, veneers, glass, leather, metal and stone.
At the production stage of your project, tradition walks hand in hand with modern technology. Our knowledge of building techniques, jigs and tooling enables complex custom-made furniture to be constructed with the greatest accuracy, and ensures that our furniture is built to withstand the demands of home or work place environments.
We also believe that responsibility and enthusiasm are key to quality production, so we operate our unique ‘one man to one job’ policy. This means that every craftsman is proudly responsible for producing their own piece of furniture, from working drawings through to the finished piece – guaranteeing the same level of quality control, care, and attention to detail throughout the production process.
Our project managers understand the intricate requirements of building schedules. Experts in forward planning, they work closely with our clients to ensure that contractors are on site, at the right time, and that deadlines are met. They also check the furniture quality at every stage of the project.
With our own installation team and well managed workshop, we are also flexible and well equipped to respond to any special requirements or changes to the project.
