We created bespoke joinery throughout this smart Kensington residence, all extremely well coordinated. Specialist work include the kitchen that seamlessly extended into the living room, 2 bathrooms including all stonework, 2 dressing rooms including integrated wardrobes with fabric faced doors. kaizen went on to fit furniture to the bar, TV room, wine store, utility room and fitted discret concealed sliding doors within above aspects.
Oak was used throughout with different surface finishes – brushed, oiled and painted in the kitchen and living room, sandblasted in the bar and wine storage, and painted in the guest areas. Careful veneer selection was crucial to show off the beautiful and unique grain structure of European Oak.
The kitchen was fitted with Gaggenau appliances, all fully integrated with the sleek design, which included automated drawers and doors with concealed recessed handles thoughout. The worktops were made from Tagliato A Lasagna, and were fitted with Mitre downstands. Elsewhere, Adria stone was used in the master bathroom, Jura stone in the guest bathroom and Travertine in the bar/wine store. Lava stone was used for the utility worktop.
